THERMAL OIL HEATER Thermal Oil Heater, namely: a heater by using Thermal Oil Fluid as a heat conducting medium and can work up to temperatures of 350 degrees Celsius. Unlike steam which needs to use pressure up to 160 bar for use at a temperature of 147 degrees Celsius, Thermal Oil Heater works only on the pressure of the flow pump so it is so safe and tools that require heating need not be designed with special construction. The working age of the used Thermal Oil Fluid is usually more than 20 years. and no need to add anything as long as there are no leaks in the pipes or heating equipment, and as long as it does not need cleaning because the inside of the heating coil is not crusty as in Steam Boilers.

. Heating Coil is made from Seamless brand mannessmann or brand benteler, Boiler Tube which is rolled in a continuous way. Each weld connection is carefully checked and the final push test uses pressure up to 30 bars. Thermal oil flows inside the coil at a speed designed by jelly to avoid overheating which can cause oil damage due to the formation of charcoal (coking).
