Structure:

The electric heating heat conduction oil boiler system is composed of an explosion-proof electric heater, organic heat carrier furnace, heat exchanger (if necessary), control cabinet, hot oil pump, expansion tank, etc. skid. Users only need to connect to the power supply and media. Import and export pipes and multiple electrical interfaces can be used and can meet the requirements of production process temperature regulation and high-precision temperature control

Characteristics

1. High-quality heat source, temperature control accuracy ± 1. The hot oil heating system can dispense up to 350 hot oil to the hot user under normal pressure liquid phase, and accurately control the using temperature;

2. Energy saving and low operating cost. The heat transfer oil heating system is a liquid phase closed circuit, the difference between the oil outlet temperature and the oil return temperature is 20-30, the temperature rises quickly, the heat loss is small, and the thermal efficiency can reach 97%;

3. Less investment in equipment. The heat-conducting oil heating system is simple, with no water treatment equipment and more auxiliary equipment, the heat-conducting oil boiler bears low pressure, etc., so that the overall system investment is less;

4. Security. Since the system only bears the pressure of the pump, the heat transfer oil heating system has no explosion hazard, so it is safer; explosion-proof grade: Exd CT4, protection grade: IP66
