This is based on the consideration of consumption costs compared to electricity and fuel costs for thermal oil. It is conceivable, how much electricity and the costs that must be incurred by the factory for PLN if the heater uses electricity.

Most companies that utilize heat energy use a Boiler (Steam / Steam Kettle) machine. Even though not all heat generators must be sourced from the boiler. Many companies require heat-producing machines using boilers, even though they do not require steam / hot steam in their production processes. Boilers produce hot steam that contains water (saturated steam) with temperatures reaching 180 ° C, while thermal oil only produces hot air reaching 300 ° C and even more. This must be taken into consideration, whether to choose a thermal oil or boiler.

Thermal oil is designed horizontally and there is also a vertical design. Vertical design saves space and is very efficient while horizontal design makes it easy to maintain and operate. However, for a large enough size of thermal oil, the average is designed horizontally to facilitate maintenance / future maintenance. Heating Coil is made of Seamless Boiler Tube which is continuously continuous. Each welded joint is examined carefully with a Radiaography Test and a final pressure test using pressures up to 15-30 Bar. Thermal Oil flows inside the coil at a speed that is carefully designed to avoid overheating which can result in oil damage due to the formation of charcoal (coking).

Why must I choose Thermal Oil Heater ??
Some considerations why you should choose THERMAL OIL HEATER in terms of producing heat energy, because Thermal oil heater can produce high-temperature heat energy that only works on pump pressure or even atmospheric pressure. The oil used in thermal oil will not run out and evaporate, unless there is an oil pipe leak. If a leak occurs, it must be repairs and replace the wasted oil according to the size specified as before.

The hot gas from combustion heats the flow of thermal oil in the combustion chamber as radiant heat and then heats the oil in the convection coil through between the coil at a certain speed in 3 streams in the direction opposite to the direction of the flow of thermal oil.

In thermal oil, oil is a heat transfer medium which does not cause crust or dirt in the pipe. so there is no cost to clean the oil pipeline which is not usually done on a steam boiler. Fireproof pipes that are used will not experience damage due to the heat pipe that is supplied with a circulating pump, except that the oil temperature is not controlled and passes the threshold limit of the ability of the pipe to receive heat. Therefore, the safety system for heat supply from the fire burner must always be in good condition. In this case, Thermocontrol in the control panel and thermocouple must be well integrated so that the possibility of overheating does not occur.

The control system on the control panel and part safety control on the body thermal oil unit must ensure that the conditions and functions are normal. the better the condition of control, the lower the operator interval in monitoring thermal oil units. Although Thermal oil does not operate under high pressure, the pipe specifications must be standard pipes used for boilers. The boiler pipe has high heat and pressure resistance. In this case, thermal oil must use pipes that withstand high temperatures. Thicker boiler pipes, will further reduce the risk of pipe damage when receiving heat.
