SA-210C boiler tube chemical composition is simple, in addition to carbon, manganese content is high, the rest and 20G close.
The yield strength of the SA-210C boiler tube is about 20% higher than that of the 20G boiler tube, while the ductility and toughness are comparable to those of the 20G boiler tube.
SA-210C boiler tube production process is simple, hot and cold processing performance. With SA-210C boiler tube instead of 20G boiler tube, you can thin wall thickness, reduce the amount of material, but also can improve the heat transfer of the boiler. The use of parts and the use of temperature and 20G is basically the same, mainly for working temperature below 500 ℃ water wall, economizer, low temperature superheater and other components.
